In the tech-driven world we live in, mostly everyone knows about your company’s social media pages, or follows them. Which makes things tricky. So what strategies can you implement to make sure you stay ahead of the curve and in good standing with your customers? Have a positive and professional social media presence. Whether it be assisting customers with troubleshooting, or providing opportunities for customers to connect with you brand; it’s all about being authentic. Any post you put out there has the possibility of having some interesting comments depending on the content, but fret not, don’t always feel the need to feed the trolls. Social media will always be a double-edged sword, you can do so much good as a company, but once something goes awry just be ready for the negative feedback.
